Steven is a nearly 30 year Long Beach resident and 6th Generation Californian and Realtor. He has been lucky enough to have lived in multiple states and countries which makes it very easy to say there is no better place to live than Southern California, and he is happy to share this with everyone he meets.
Being in Real Estate for the past 12 years has given Steven a true understanding of what it is that clients look for when choosing a Realtor and how to meet their personal real estate goals, whether they are buying, selling, or needing other services. He has a proven record of success in the industry which is why he works mainly by referral. Born on the East Coast and raised in the Mid-West, Matt came to Los Angeles for college before moving to Denver, Colorado to begin his professional career. He started in customer service and worked his way up to senior account manager at a fortune 500 company providing attorney support services and document management solutions to some of the largest corporations and law firms in the country. Throughout his career he traveled extensively around the country servicing his clients but it was ultimately his love for Southern California that brought him back to the Los Angeles metropolitan area. For over a decade Matt has enjoyed living among the friendly Californians, beautiful beaches and palm trees. Matt prides himself in his work ethic and responsiveness to his clients. His experience in negotiations make him a great asset to you and your family whether you want to buy, sell or invest in real estate.

Stephanie is a friendly and imaginative Long Beach native. She has an in-depth understanding of the various communities in Long Beach, from schools to shopping, having grown up there her entire life. With two degrees in Business Marketing from CSULB and LBCC, she has nine years experience in marketing, building a diverse portfolio of client projects that span from food industry, beauty, and real estate. Stephanie embodies principles of passion, professionalism, and determination, which she applies to her freelance work, fostering strong relationships with highly satisfied clients. Currently, she manages and develops marketing strategies for the Nottingham Group, and her experiences working alongside Steven Nottingham have expanded her interest in the real estate sector.
